We ask that all applicants are in sympathy with the aims of the exhibition stated here and can affirm our statement of belief (which can be viewed here).
Please send in your application as early as you can. Please note that your application does not mean you are guaranteed a place. We give priority to exhibitors who book early but will also select agencies on the basis of creating an exhibition that covers a suitable range of areas of service and resources.
Exhibitor Stands
There are two options available for booking, standard or prime.
Standard includes:
- space for an individual display stand (2x2m or 2x3m)
- one power socket
- a table (4 foot trestle)
- two chairs
- two event passes for Word Alive.
Prime includes:
- All of the above, but we expect higher footfall at prime stands due to their proximity to the bookstall.
Prime bookings are allocated on a first come, first served basis. If we run out of space in prime your booking will automatically be transferred to standard unless you choose to cancel your booking.

Arrival, Set Up and Departure
Opening Hours
You must ensure that your stand is manned whenever the exhibition area is open. These are minimum hours – you may find the area around your stand is busier at certain times and may wish to stay on, and we are very happy for you to do so.
Our planned opening hours are:
- Morning: 11am–11.30am
- Afternoon: 4.30pm–6pm
- Evening: 8pm–8.30pm & 10pm–10.30pm
On one evening during the event, we will have our Student Night, where the exhibition will open until 11pm and students will be encouraged to come to the Hub with their CUs after the Late Celebration.

If you exhibit at Word Alive, you are entitled to some free advertising. Please see the details under Advertise with us.
